About the Company Our Client is a global leader in supply chain management solutions. Responsibilities We're looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to support logistics operations by ensuring process compliance, investigating issues, and driving continuous improvement across warehouse and delivery activities. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for logistics operations; Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal processes and customer standards; Investigate issues (e.g., damages, delays, mis-shipments) and drive corrective actions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and implement improvements; Maintain records of audits, incidents, and follow-up actions; Monitor operational KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives; Support training efforts to align teams with QA processes and best practices. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within a warehouse environment; Familiar with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001), audits, and root cause analysis techniques; Knowledge of lean or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous; Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems; Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills.
