They are trusted by tens of millions of investors and traders worldwide. They are now looking for a Head of Product Design to lead the Web3 team. Scope Successful Applicants Minimum 10 years of design experience and 5 years in a senior management or organisational leadership role Proven track record in scaling, leading, and managing global design teams, including managers, senior leaders & individual contributors. Deep expertise in product design, design systems, and branding, with the ability to set a high bar for quality and efficiency. Extensive experience managing cross-regional, cross-functional stakeholders, and cross-cultural teams, with strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability. Excellent leadership, organisational, and team-building skills — able to drive vision while empowering teams. Web3 native – deep understanding of the domains & crypto-native user behaviours, DeFi mechanics, and wallet ecosystems. Bilingual communication abilities is highly desirable (English, Mandarin) – essential for interfacing with global teams, Product Management leaders, and Design across HQ and international markets.
