We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in App Engine development and HRSD module. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom applications using the ServiceNow App Engine. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers. Architect and build complex workflows, business rules, and custom applications. Define and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and quality assurance processes. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing effective and scalable solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Actively participate in architecture reviews and solution design discussions. Required Qualifications At least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine development and HRSD. Possession of current ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist. Experience leading at least two large-scale ServiceNow implementations. Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. Demonstrated ability in technical leadership and mentoring within development teams. Technical Skills In-depth expertise in ServiceNow App Engine Studio and App Engine Templates. Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and limitations. Proficient in Business Rules Proficient in Client Scripts Proficient in UI Policies & UI Actions Proficient in Workflows & Flow Designer Proficient in Integration Hub Proficient in Service Portal Development Experience using source control and deployment tools.
