Integration of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM Discovery and ITSM Asset Management modules to effectively manage IT infrastructure and assets related to business operations. Configuration and creation of ServiceNow workflows, forms, and automation rules to streamline IT processes. To Fix non-functional and non-compliant outcomes from the expected quality of the ITSM, ITOM and ITSM Asset processes in the ServiceNow platform. Implementation of best practices for IT service management, ITOM Discovery and Asset management within ServiceNow platform. Dev and Unit Testing to ensure the developed applications meet the defined requirements and are free from defects. Deployment of the developed applications into UAT and production environment.
