This role demands a seasoned change practitioner with strong business and HR acumen, a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, and hands-on experience with cutting-edge HR Operating Model and Ways of Working Implementation.* Drive organizational change strategies, including culture transformation, executive coaching, and agile change management across our HR Evolution.* Partner with HR lead to assess and optimize processes, improve workforce planning, and embed a digital-first mindset.* Develop and deliver tailored change & communications training, and engagement strategies in partnership with our Enterprise Head of Change and VP Internal Comms.* Leverage agile and MSP methodologies to manage complex transformation projects.* Provide strategic coaching and facilitation to leadership teams during times of significant change.* Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, Learning, and Business leadership to ensure transformation alignment.Success in the role will requires a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization.Successful candidates would need the following:* Industry Experience in One or More of the Following: FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or Professional Services* Technology Fluency In: Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, GenAI Tools (e.g., OpenAI models), Learning Platforms**You.
