Responsibilities This role focuses on driving adoption of advanced AI solutions, managing communications, upskilling, and workforce impacts, and enabling Business Units to execute change effectively. This role works within the Innovation Group (Enterprise AI), and works closely with HR, Business Units and external partners, and is responsible for supporting the Talent and Culture team to implement change management. Change Strategy & Operating Model Support implementation of change strategies to support the rollout of advanced AI solutions across the bank. Partner with HR to embed change implications into people and change strategy, workforce planning, and job architecture. Change Impact & Workforce Transition Support change impact assessments across Business Units, identifying impacts to roles, skills, workflows, governance, and controls. Support the execution of workforce transition plans, including role evolution, redeployment pathways, and reskilling needs. Adoption, Engagement & Enablement Support the design and deployment of change management artefacts (playbooks, toolkits, leader talking points, adoption dashboards). Support upskilling and retraining initiatives in collaboration with HR, Learning & Development, and external vendors. Stakeholder Management & Governance Support the coordination with senior management, BU leaders, external consultants (e.g. Accenture) to ensure coherence between strategy, delivery, and change. Communications & Measurement Support the shaping of clear, credible, and consistent change narratives. Support the definition and tracking of change effectiveness and adoption metrics (e.g. usage, behaviour change, capability readiness). Continuously refine change approaches based on feedback and data. Skills/Requirement Minimum 4 years of experience in change management, organisational transformation, or workforce transformation. Proven experience supporting large-scale technology or digital transformations within a banking or financial services environment. Hands‑on experience with AI, automation, data, or advanced analytics programmes is strongly preferred. Experience working in matrixed, enterprise environments with multiple senior stakeholders. Technical & Functional Skills Strong grounding in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR), with the ability to apply them pragmatically. Experience in change impact analysis, TOM design, and workforce transition planning. Ability to connect technology changes to people, capability, and operating model outcomes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex information into actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications Background in consulting combined with in-house delivery experience. Experience working alongside HR on enterprise people strategy or skills transformation. Certification in change management (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent). #J-18808-Ljbffr
