Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and profitability, managing P&L across multiple deal structures within Banking & Financial Services domains.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, influencing strategic decisions across their business enterprises.
  • Utilize a consultative proposal process and customer account plan, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with Sales, Business Consultants, and Solution Architects to maximize customer engagement and growth.
  • Apply deep knowledge of delivery models, IT methodologies, and performance management tools, such as scorecards and SLAs.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT Services/Consulting experience across a portfolio including Applications, BPO, Digital Transformation, Advisory Consulting, and Infrastructure, Cloud & Security.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience, directing customer engagement, business forecasting, and financial (P&L) management of a $10M+ book of business.
  • 5+ years of industry experience leading Banking & Financial Services engagements.
  • Ability to travel up to 40-50% of the time.
  • MBA or prior Consulting Practice experience is a plus.
