What the day will look like Manage and service a portfolio of Marine accounts and ensure its financial sustainability and growth Client retention as well as revenue growth through penetration (organic growth), new sales initiatives and cross selling Day to day point of contact for clients in the portfolio on addressing queries Assess and identify risks relating to the client operations Prepare underwriting reports and lead broking, negotiation and placement of risks to the insurance market Responsible premium closings and submissions to CPU team for billing Handle claims management Identifying client needs and requirements and translating these into tailored insurance and/or service solutions Building and maintaining a close business relationship with clients and prospects at different stakeholder levels Delivering services and monitoring Aon performance through implementation of the Aon Client Promise methodology Accountability for budget performance and other projects as assigned Skills and experience that will lead to success Minimum requirement (BCP, PGI, CommGI) for registration with MAS or such similar qualification acceptable to MAS At least 6 years of experience within the insurance industry Strong technical skills around insurance policy interpretation and drafting and/or Marine Risk Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to forge strong relationships with country and specialty colleagues as well as clients and insurers Self-disciplined, organized, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
