Role Description
As a Store Manager at M&G LIFE Global, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing sales performance, and maintaining store standards. You will lead and motivate your team to provide excellent customer service and implement retail loss prevention strategies to minimize risk. Additionally, you will handle inventory management, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in retail management is preferred
