Position Overview

Rachelle The Rabbit Distillery (RTR) has recently rebranded from Compendium Spirits in celebration of its 10th anniversary, marking a new chapter in its journey. With the opening of our stand-alone distillery at 6 Chin Bee Crescent, RTR is now the largest distillery in Singapore , with the scale and capacity to expand regionally and globally.

We are looking for a young, passionate, and self-motivated individual to join us as Assistant Marketing Manager . This is a hands-on role in a lean team, where you will work closely with the founders and external agencies to help shape RTR’s growing portfolio of brands.

You will support brand building, marketing campaigns, and consumer engagement in Singapore and beyond. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, take on responsibility, and grow with an ambitious company in the alcohol industry.

Reporting Line

You will report directly to the Co-founder & Operations Director and work closely with external creative, media, and event agencies.

Main Objectives

  • Support marketing activities that strengthen RTR’s brands and customer engagement.
  • Assist in campaigns and activations to drive awareness, sales, and brand growth.
  • Contribute fresh, creative ideas while helping ensure brand consistency across all platforms

I. Brand Development

  • Support the evolution of RTR’s brand identity post-rebranding.
  • Help maintain brand guidelines across communications.
  • Work with agencies to deliver impactful brand campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns across promotions, activations, and product launches.
  • Support integrated marketing across digital, social media, PR, and events.
  • Help drive e-commerce and online marketing activities.

III. Content & Digital Marketing

  • Coordinate with agencies to create engaging content for social media, websites, and campaigns.
  • Monitor digital channels and support social media and SEO efforts.
  • Assist in campaign tracking and simple performance reporting.

IV. Events & Partnerships

  • Support brand activations, product launches, and collaborations.
  • Assist in liaising with influencers, partners, and trade stakeholders.

V. Research & Reporting

  • Conduct basic research to understand consumer trends and competitors.
  • Assist in preparing reports on campaign performance and brand health.

VI. Operations & Budget Management

  • Help track marketing budgets and keep records organized.
  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies for smooth execution.

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand, or related fields (FMCG, alcohol, lifestyle, or hospitality a plus).
  • A young, passionate, and self-motivated personality with strong interest in the alcohol and lifestyle industry.
  • Eager to grow in brand building and marketing, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Some experience working with external agencies (creative, media, PR, or events) to deliver campaigns.
  • Good communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial environment where everyone wears multiple hats.
  • Digital savvy, with working knowledge of social media, SEO, and online marketing.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Japanese is highly desirable.
