Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary onsite point of contact for the client, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Conduct regular service review meetings and proactively address client concerns or escalations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction of the service and identify pain areas, improvements etc.
  • Identify opportunities for business and service improvements within the customer landscape
Operational Support
  • Collaboration with the offshore team based in India
  • Contribute part-time to ticket resolution within the domain of expertise whenever possible
  • Provide guidance to the support team on complex issues and ensure timely resolution of high-priority incidents.
  • Drive problem management and improvement initiatives with customer
  • Availability for high priority on-call support out of office hours support
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge management efforts.
Service Delivery & Reporting
  • Own and manage all service delivery reporting including SLA/KPI dashboards, incident trend analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly service reports to internal stakeholders and client leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience in SAP AMS delivery, with hands-on expertise in at least one SAP module from ABAP, MM, SD, Finance, BW or BPC. Preferably Finance or ABAP.
  • Service Management with ITIL knowledge / certification
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles and service delivery management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow reports).
