Position Summary:
The Business Development Director demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives, provides the strategic growth leadership for assigned business segments. In this role you will create programs responsive to the external environment and participate in cross-functional business and cultural development, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Work You'll Do:
- Provide leadership, advice and counsel to Mold Masters' senior management in support of business strategies.
- Lead and conduct business, industry, and competitor analysis to develop strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Lead business planning, Programs (specify here when needed) to support business development strategy.
- Responsible for strategy development, origination, structuring, valuation, negotiating and closing sales projects.
- Initiate the direct solicitation of customers and manages the relationship.
- Responsible for direct reports plus supporting and coaching others in a team environment
- Other duties as assigned

This role will lead Mold Masters South East Asia Sales
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Over 10 years' experience in plastic industry. With strong knowledge and skills in plastic, injection mold business. Experience in sales of hot runner and molds is an asset.
- Solid understanding of diverse financing structures
- Able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent strategic thinker who can translate business development challenges into daily life opportunities
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Passion and energy to drive changes
- Established analytical and project management ability
