What you'll do Drive the execution of strategic opportunities with partner banks, product teams, compliance teams, and regional client engagement groups across APAC. Actively support senior-level client engagement by initiating new business opportunities and showcasing sector expertise to corporate banking clients. Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders including coverage bankers, Product Office teams, Financial Institutions coverage bankers, Digital Transformation Division, Treasury, Compliance, Middle Office teams, and industry teams outside APAC. Demonstrate deep sector expertise in digital banking and payments ecosystems by providing insightful perspectives on successful business models, emerging trends, and transaction opportunities. Take ownership of the Fintech insights dashboard to ensure it accurately reflects team perspectives on sector transactions and investments for proactive positioning. Contribute to budget planning for the sector and Product Office by driving revenue generation, returns optimisation, and portfolio allocation decisions. Facilitate information exchange globally within the organisation by linking with stakeholders to generate ideas, develop strategy, and deliver solutions. Support the establishment of the organisation’s profile as a lead bank for the Fintech ecosystem through participation in conferences, branding initiatives, and thought leadership activities. Develop proposal materials and credentials for the knowledge hub while supporting technical understanding and marketing efforts within the team. Mentor junior team members by fostering their growth through knowledge sharing and collaborative project work. What you bring Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university is required for this position. Extensive experience in relationship management or deal execution roles at leading banks or prominent Fintech organisations within APAC. Proven track record delivering strategic Fintech sector knowledge alongside cross-product solutions such as Transaction Banking or Global Markets. Demonstrated success in identifying, coordinating, structuring, and executing complex strategic transactions while building strong networks within the sector. Practical understanding of corporate financing principles combined with sector-based insights that inform cross-product solution delivery. Ability to take initiative in cross-functional projects while consistently delivering positive outcomes through effective collaboration. Exceptional communication skills enabling clear articulation of financial concepts and risk-return considerations both verbally and in writing to diverse audiences. Experience navigating evolving sector dynamics including trends in business models and payments ecosystems relevant to Fintech. Advanced proficiency in banking solutions including credit analysis, financial modelling techniques, valuation methodologies, and due diligence processes. Proven excellence in stakeholder coordination resulting in successful client onboarding experiences during prior corporate transactions.
