As the Director of Operations , you are a member of the leadership team and work closely with the Managing Director to implement the strategic vision of the operation with a focus on project management, financial success and talent development. This role will report into the SVP, Director of Experience. Overview What you’ll be doing Flawless Program Management Ensures production processes are integrated with creative, creative strategy & measurement to enable the delivery of titanium ideas and results Directs program/ project management resources to ensure flawless execution of client deliverables which are on-time and on-budget while meeting creative objectives and client needs Ensures program/ project management team budgets and delivers target profitability on all projects Oversees the development of technical production processes and implements best practices Fosters collaboration amongst project management teams leveraging organizational resources including but not limited to procurement expertise, digital, logistics and other internal resources on projects as appropriate Client Management Support account and production teams in building and maintaining effective client relationships, ensuring that all client’s needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely way Executive produce projects as needed Profitability Partners with Finance Director to monitor and control staff and other project related costs while ensuring optimal resource utilization and appropriate freelance costs Marshalls appropriate resources for new business pitches that yield high conversion Support the sales process by assessing viability of new business opportunities, participating in new business pitches and ensuring resources are available for new opportunities Participate in new business pitches as production expert as needed Talent Partners with office leadership to attract, retain and motivate the talent necessary to meet current and future forward plan requirements Develops employees' capabilities ensuring growth and encouraging a long-term future with the company Guide and mentor the production team Ensures ongoing team-building to build a strong sense of community and collaboration Inspires commitment, loyalty, pride, and spirit in the organization, making Jack Morton a great place to work Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the company’s diversity and inclusion strategic plan If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might help if… 10+ years of production experience with at least three in the agency industry.
