As a result of continuous growth of business, we are looking for an experienced Operation Director to join us and play a critical role in shaping our future success. Job Responsibilities Based in Singapore, you will be the key person to enhance our operational efficiency, ensure the highest standards of quality and productivity and drive long-term growth. The daily responsibilities include: Develop and execute the operational strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and vision. Translate strategic business initiatives into actionable, quantifiable operational plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and vendors. Analyse internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement, cost reduction, and performance improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and accountability. Report operational performance, risks, and opportunities to the executive team and board. Job Requirements The ideal candidate should be a seasoned operation management professional with: Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. More than 8 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director or similar). Proven experience in developing and executing operational strategies that have driven business growth. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
