What you'll be doing

  1. Processing customer orders and managing the order fulfilment process

  2. Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service

  3. Assisting with inventory management and stock control

  4. Preparing and sending invoices, receipts

  5. Maintaining accurate records and data in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

  6. Providing administrative support to the wider e-commerce team as needed
