We are looking for a Project Manager with strong leadership and field-based experience to oversee construction projects involving heavy machinery and ground engineering solutions. If you thrive in outdoor environments and have a track record of delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective projects, we'd love to connect with you.

  • Lead and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and activity planning.
  • Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance, progress claims, financial reports, and site documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and relevant HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve on-site challenges.
  • Enforce site discipline and safety protocols, fostering a strong safety-first culture.
  • Support and develop project teams through engagement and performance feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or Geotechnical Engineering .
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Experience in ground improvement techniques is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of construction law and contract administration is preferred.
  • Valid certification in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers or WSH supervision .
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
