Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Execute full-cycle production tasks including equipment cleaning, material handling, blending, packing, and in-process checks using tools like SCiO and BatchMetrics.
  • Operate PIVs safely for material transport (forklift/reach truck license required).
  • Follow SOPs strictly to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
  • Work independently in the Sampling Lab, managing workstation tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Perform 6S and Autonomous Maintenance—clean, inspect, troubleshoot, and carry out basic repairs to keep equipment in top condition.
  • Support continuous improvement by contributing to A3 projects and RCA sessions with actionable suggestions.
  • Complete assigned tasks from supervisors/managers promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness across all work areas to uphold operational standards.
  • Demonstrate learning agility by adapting to new processes and continuously improving skills.
