We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Sales Manager, VP – Global Trade Solutions.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  1. Manage a portfolio of Global Trade Solutions (GTS) clients in the Global Corporates segment, headquartered in Singapore with global operations across various countries, providing GTS solutions that meet clients' trade and working capital needs.
  2. Establish new client relationships and strengthen existing ones by originating and executing sales strategies in conjunction with regional and country stakeholders.
  3. Execute a robust growth plan to target new customers (New to Bank and New to Trade) for the GTS business, including originating and executing GTS deals to draw down and increase revenue.
  4. Proactively identify core & structured trade finance opportunities, lead RFPs and client pitches, and recommend innovative trade finance solutions that meet client objectives globally.
  5. Devise client plans and strategies to identify sales opportunities in Singapore and other markets of the client's presence, as well as increasing revenue for existing clients to achieve asset growth, sales, or revenue targets.
  6. Work with Client Implementation Services to ensure an efficient transition process for complex clients.
  7. Manage and partner with Relationship Managers on all credit risk matters, including credit assessment, commitment, returns, and participate in events, initiatives, and activities to develop business opportunities.
  8. Assess the risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions, considering the bank's reputation and objectives.
