About the role

  • Social Media Strategy : Build and execute a cohesive social strategy across platforms (Twitter/X, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, etc.)
  • Social Media Launch Campaigns : Plan, coordinate, and execute socials-first marketing campaigns around product and feature launches
  • Social Media Content Management: Manage daily posts, updates and community interactions to drive brand presence and engagement
  • Affiliate Marketing : Develop, launch, and manage online affiliate programs to drive user acquisition and engagement
  • Partnership Marketing : Collaborate with ecosystem partners to design and execute co-marketing initiatives that expand reach and strengthen brand positioning
  • In-Market Event Planning & Execution : Organize and manage on-ground activations, pop-ups, and co-branded events to engage local communities and amplify brand presence
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Work closely with internal product and growth teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful storytelling
  • Must-have: Based in Singapore (with eligibility to work locally in Singapore).
  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in Web3 gaming
  • Experience in Web3 (professionally or as a retail investor) and/or gaming
  • Proven track record in social media management and launch campaigns
  • Strong grasp of social media trends, community-driven growth and KOL ecosystems
  • Creative, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
