The on-chain product team focuses on:

  • Building scalable, high-performance decentralized infrastructure
  • Integrating with leading blockchain protocols and ecosystems

We're looking for forward-thinking product leaders to help shape the future of on-chain trading.

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll lead the development of decentralized derivatives products. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and ecosystem partners to deliver high-performance, interoperable trading solutions.

This role sits within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and plays a key part in defining the product roadmap and execution strategy for on-chain derivatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product planning and design for on-chain derivatives, including user research, feature development, and iteration planning
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design core modules such as matching engines, clearing systems, and vaults
  • Integrate with Layer1/L2/AppChain/Rollup and other blockchain protocols to enable on-chain deployment and interoperability
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation
  • Coordinate across teams (engineering, operations, compliance, BD) to ensure timely product delivery

Requirements

Experience & Leadership

  • 3+ years of experience in financial or derivative product management
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex products
  • Strong understanding of perpetual contracts and trading mechanisms

Functional Expertise

  • Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure and core models (order books, AMMs, matching engines)
  • Exposure to architectures like HyperLiquid, Cosmos-SDK, or Move VM

Mindset & Soft Skills

  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures
  • Passion for Web3 and decentralized finance
