About the Opportunity

OKX DEX supports over 20 blockchains and aggregates liquidity from more than 400 DEXs, enabling users to access the best trading routes and prices across multiple decentralized exchanges. It provides a high-performance, reliable solution for DEX liquidity, optimizing trading efficiency and offering customizable features for diverse DeFi applications.

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of the OKX DEX API. In this role, you will focus on expanding the developer community in Malaysia and other Southeast Asian regions, building strategic partnerships with leading local projects, promoting our API solutions, and providing seamless integration support for partners across various ecosystems. This position requires a proactive individual who excels at identifying and leveraging market trends, uncovering new opportunities, and driving growth in a dynamic and competitive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Promote OKX DEX API:

  1. Actively identify and reach out to potential partners on Solana ecosystem (e.g., wallets, DeFi protocols, AI Agents, trading platforms, etc.) for OKX DEX API integrations.
  2. Develop customized value propositions that align with partner needs and the API's features.

Strategic Partnerships:

  1. Actively engage with Malaysia's developer community by building strong relationships with leading local projects.
  2. Assist the marketing team in organizing periodic meetups in Malaysia to deepen connections within the local developer ecosystem.
  3. Identify opportunities to expand the API's usage and drive transaction volume across partnerships.
  4. Monitor industry developments, competitive landscapes, and user demand to inform strategic decisions.

Integration & Growth Enablement:

  1. Work closely with product team to support smooth onboarding of partners using the OKX DEX API.
  2. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure successful GTM for new integrations.
What We Look For In You
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales / business development.
  • Possess a good understanding of the Solana ecosystem and its developer communities.
  • Familiar with the crypto space in various countries, ideally Malaysia, and be interested in engaging with local builders.
  • Ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task, hit deadlines, and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.
