Role Summary

As part of Binance’s Global Payments team, you will be responsible for building and scaling payment and card products worldwide. You’ll lead partnership development, program launches , and user lifecycle strategies , managing relationships with key payment partners and ensuring a smooth, high-growth experience for global users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and drive the global business roadmap for Binance's payment products (Pay & Card)
  • Lead end-to-end program execution , coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and manage global partner/vendor relationships
  • Oversee account management and operational support for key payment and merchant partners
  • Execute go-to-market strategies to improve product adoption and user experience
  • Analyze product performance and industry trends to deliver actionable insights and enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in the payments/fintech industry , with deep understanding of cards, digital payments, and/or financial platforms
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, account management , or project management
  • Strong execution ability in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data and market signals
