Responsibilities
  • Lead large scale data projects in the corporate space to drive business impact, especially in AFC/AML space
  • Analyze, integrate and manage voluminous structured and unstructured data to develop insightful datasets that answer business questions and power advanced analytics
  • Develop and validate machine learning models to generate actionable insights, especially in the AFC/AML space
Qualifications
  • At least 7–10 years' solid data analytics experience with deep technical expertise and hands-on capability in Python/R or other programming languages; knowledge of dashboards (Qlik/Power BI) is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, good understanding of the financial industry; consulting experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of business processes such as KYC, Name Screening, and Transaction monitoring is preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
