Strategic Initiatives and school projects supportCollate data on strategic risks, opportunities, problems, industry and research trends, findings as well as research outcomes, to support analysisSupport the preparation of insights into potential projects, proposals, white papers and roadmapsSupport the execution of school wide projects and initiatives across unitsPrepare material, infographics, PowerPoint slides and newsletters to help raise awareness of the school's initiativesServe as the unit's web content administrator to update the school's website where necessaryPlan and coordinate meeting and events related to the development of the initiativesSupport the logistics and planning of meetings, events, including venue bookings, catering, coordination with faculty and unit managers where necessarySupport the Assistant Chair (I&E) and Assistant Chair (International Engagement) in implementing the school's I&E projectsWork closely with the school's outreach unit to design and publicize targeted publicity material on the school's social media channelsAssist in managing diversity projects such as Women in STEM initiative and WoMAEn platformUndertake special projects assigned by Senior Management, as well as secretariat duties for strategy meetings
Requirements:Degree from a recognized institution preferred. Diploma holders with relevant working experience may be considered.Strategic programmes development and planning experienceEvents planning and execution experience will be advantageousAdept at graphical and media designExcellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent command of English with excellent writing skillsTeam player, highly motivated to build relationships with cross-department members, stakeholders and others in the organization who have impact in the projectsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently as a team member with minimal directionAble to work in ambiguous situations with a positive attitude
