Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR support across departments in line with HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Prepare, process, and review monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions and tax regulations.
  • Handle employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Support organizational development initiatives and HR best practices.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support staff growth and compliance.
  • Advise line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Maintain and update employee records and the HRIS system accurately and securely.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including processing of payroll experience
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in Banking & Finance industry.
