As a responsible leader in the role of Continuous Improvement Manager, you will collaborate closely with the COO/Sr. GOL/Portfolio Owner to develop and execute the continuous improvement (CI) agenda effectively. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and implementing Value-Share and Revenue Assurance opportunities in partnership with operational teams. Through thorough Continuous Improvement efforts, you will be expected to deliver committed productivity enhancements, drive productivity improvements in TBP accounts, and reduce Bad Bench in named accounts.Furthermore, your role will involve program managing the deployment of Digital Twin in prioritized accounts within the vertical, as well as identifying digital use cases and aligning resources to stabilize mega wins. It will also be crucial for you to mitigate operational risks through effective Risk Control and Best Practice frameworks while ensuring operational excellence, governance, and transformation rigor to optimize both short-term improvements and long-term value creation.You will be held accountable for delivering on Genpact client commitments and taking ownership of agreed and prioritized transformation initiatives by collaborating with Business, Service Line, and Regional LDT leadership. Your success in this role will be determined by your growth and results-oriented approach, along with your expertise in Lean and Digital Transformation gained from reputable organizations. Your ability to bring innovative perspectives to discussions, manage operations and teams effectively, and excel in complex-matrixed environments will be essential.We are looking for a candidate with a Post Graduation from Top institutes and significant experience in core Finance domains such as FP&A, Commercial & Operational Finance, Accounting Close, Risk, etc., or Financial Systems and Analytics. Previous leadership roles involving digital transformation, Lean Six Sigma, solution design, or process consulting with a tangible impact on delivery are highly desirable. Your global exposure and track record in digital projects, including Robotics, AI, and automation, will be advantageous.Strong communication and influencing skills are crucial for this role, as you will be required to effectively engage with senior leaders to drive resolutions and decisions. Your demonstrated competencies in strategic thinking, leadership, relationship management, flexibility, adaptability, and accountability towards targeted productivity outcomes will be key to your success. Experience in leading Lean projects or applying 6Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency and quality improvements will be considered a significant advantage in this position. Your proven track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives in client operations will be a strong asset in this role.,
