Apply now and let's brew up something amazing together 5 days work (required to work on weekend) Increment available after probation Job Description Main Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring compliance Ensure that all customers receive excellent service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment Recruit, train and supervise store staff. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and place orders for raw materials, ingredients, supplies and merchandise. Maintain product quality and consistency by overseeing the preparation and presentation of beverages Ensure store is at tip top condition and maintain hygienic environment and workplace Monitor store expenses, including labor costs, cost of goods sold, and overhead expenses. Maximize profitability and achieve store targets Communicate with Operation Managers and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines. Analyze store performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, employee productivity. Prepare regular reports to management Requirements Minimum 2 years of assistant manager experience in retail management, preferably in the F&B industry Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS (Point of Sale) systems Responsible, highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance.
