Responsibilities Overall management, operation and reporting of ILP funds suite. Funds Strategy and Roadmap: Determine the annual funds strategy and roadmap for the year, aligning with the overall product strategy and corporate strategy. Identify gaps, opportunities, current market trend, market landscape, etc., to support a relevant and comprehensive fund suite for the purpose of growing the ILP business. Funds Launch and Portfolio Management: Manage the entire fund launch from upstream to downstream implementation to post‑launch monitoring and tracking. Recommend and build business case for new fund launch through in‑depth research and analysis, considering KPIs and business justifications. Conduct due diligence, terms negotiation, agreement and onboarding of fund houses. Coordinate and provide strategic oversight for downstream execution to ensure the successful launch of funds. Partner with stakeholders (internal: Marketing and Training team, external: fund houses) to develop and create funds positioning, messaging strategy and go‑to‑market plans. Monitor and evaluate the take‑up of the fund and gather feedback on success factors. Develop and own dashboard incorporating key information and metrics that assist in management reporting and decision making. Distribution Engagement: Support distribution via sharing sessions on sales angle, key propositions, objection handling, etc. to build fund competency. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and coach members of the Funds Team, fostering a high‑performance culture and continuous professional development. Qualifications Tertiary education qualification in Actuarial, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related disciplines. Professional certifications such as CFA will be viewed favourably. 10–15 years of relevant experience in funds management. Prior experience in a life insurance company is preferred. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with various stakeholders. High attention to detail and ability to make sound judgment. Team player with ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced and performance‑driven environment.
