BW Offshore is seeking an experienced Vendor Qualification Manager to lead and continuously strengthen our global vendor qualification and vendor performance evaluation framework. In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of the Vendor Qualification (VQ) and Vendor Performance Evaluation (VPE) processes across the Supply Chain function. Acting as BW Offshore’s formal point of contact for vendor onboarding and qualification, you will ensure vendors meet the company’s standards for business ethics, HSEQ, cyber security, technical capability, quality, and financial robustness. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Projects, HSEQ, Compliance and Finance to drive timely, risk-based evaluations and to resolve complex cases involving vendors, third-party service providers, and internal decision-makers. A key part of the role is balancing compliance, risk management, and commercial realities while maintaining strong professional relationships. This is a role for someone who combines process ownership, sound judgment, and strong interpersonal skills, and who is comfortable engaging confidently with senior stakeholders and vendors in demanding, high-stakes environments. The role sits within the Supply Chain Department under the Commercial function and works closely with cross-functional teams globally, including Asset Engineering & Maintenance, Fleet Operations, Project Delivery, HSEQ, Corporate Compliance, and Finance.
