Reports to the Chief Corporate Development Officer & Head, Project Management Office. The Project Management Manager (Senior Vice President, Project Management Office) will have the following responsibilities:

  • Reinforce the execution capacity of our Project Management Office in Singapore and other operational regions.
  • Manage and support the development and construction of projects (solar, wind, BESS): oversee management and delivery from inception to execution and construction, ensuring sound governance and best practices.
  • Coordinate projects across locations including Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia with relevant experts, contractors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to oversee project development and construction, analyzing reports like Energy Impact, Technical Feasibility, Social Governance, Energy Yield, Due Diligence, and Pre-Feasibility Studies, and present findings and recommendations.
  • Oversee project execution, address technical issues, propose solutions, and evaluate resolutions.
  • Participate in M&A transactions, ensuring integration of new entities, standardizing project management practices, aligning with strategic goals, and driving efficiency.
  • Proactively identify risks and blockers, and determine mitigation or escalation paths.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • At least 15 years of experience in project management roles within solar, wind, and BESS projects in Asia Pacific.
  • Experience managing M&A transactions in renewable energy in Asia Pacific.
  • Masters in sustainable energy, energy engineering, energy management, or a similar discipline.
  • Commercially and technically proficient.
  • Experience reviewing and presenting reports to the Executive Committee.
  • Proven ability to manage multicultural teams with a focus on inclusion and diversity.
