Liquidity Manager – eTrading | Singapore or Sydney | Permanent

EC1 Partners is working with a leading global electronic trading firm to hire a Liquidity Manager . This is a senior role with responsibility for managing and optimising relationships with liquidity providers (LPs) and banks, ensuring best execution and robust pricing strategies across eTrading and eFX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead liquidity management strategy across multiple asset classes with a focus on eFX.
  • Build, maintain, and optimise relationships with banks, liquidity providers, and key counterparties.
  • Analyse and manage pricing data to enhance execution quality.
  • Monitor and optimise liquidity performance to ensure competitive pricing and resilience.
  • Collaborate with trading, technology, and product teams to enhance connectivity and market access.
  • Provide leadership in shaping liquidity strategy for APAC markets.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in electronic trading and eFX markets.
  • Proven network and relationships with banks and liquidity providers.
  • Solid understanding of pricing, execution, and liquidity flows.
  • Technical proficiency in Python and/or SQL to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the gravitas to influence across teams.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore or Sydney .
