Job Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project schedule. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely project progress. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and documentation required by management and authorities. Resolve site issues, technical problems, and any delays that may affect the project timeline. Ensure all works comply with BCA, MOM, and relevant authorities’ requirements. Manage site workers, assign tasks, and ensure proper manpower planning. Job Requirements Preferably with experience in construction site supervision or site management. Good understanding of construction processes, safety rules, and project coordination. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Familiar with site safety standards and able to enforce safety measures on site. Candidates with relevant certificates (e.g., BCSS, Supervise Construction Work for WSH, etc.) will be an advantage.
