
APAC Marketing Executive

We are hiring an APAC Marketing Executive to support regional marketing needs for a global leader in NDT solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in sales and marketing campaigns, content creation, events and supplier management, and distributor partnerships. Essential skills include:
- Marketing asset creation (Adobe Suite/Canva/AI tools)
- Automation workflow design (HubSpot/CRM)
- APAC lead generation across digital and offline channels
- End-to-End Campaign Delivery
- Execute 360° campaigns (digital and offline) using global frameworks, ensuring APAC localization and compliance.
- Localize assets (content, social media, email) using Adobe Suite/Canva within deadlines.
- Event Ownership
- Plan and execute 8–12 regional events per year (trade shows, webinars, summits), including:
- Booth design, vendor coordination (AV, print, shipping), on-site staffing
- HubSpot workflow setup (registration to post-event nurture)
- Drive event ROI through:
- Pre-event: Target account promotion and sales briefings
- Real-time: HubSpot lead capture integration
- Post-event: Pipeline reporting within 48 hours
- Plan and execute 8–12 regional events per year (trade shows, webinars, summits), including:
- Rapid collateral production
- Create campaign and event assets using Adobe Suite, including:
- Digital assets (banners, eBooks, social ads)
- Physical assets (brochures, backdrops)
- Videos (demos, testimonials)
- Build HubSpot assets such as landing pages, email sequences, and social campaigns
- Maintain CRM hygiene (list segmentation, lead scoring)
- Track campaign leads and provide real-time sales data
- Sales Support
- Develop battle cards, pitch decks, and conduct product training
- Monitor KPIs: lead quality and campaign-driven pipeline growth
- Distributor/Partner Management
- Train distributors on marketing assets via Partner Portal
- Develop co-branded campaigns showcasing solutions
- Align distributor incentives with regional sales targets
- B2B experience: 3+ years in SaaS, tech, or industrial sectors
- Event management: 2+ years organizing trade shows/webinars (>100 attendees)
- HubSpot proficiency: certified, with campaign automation experience
- Agility: examples of events launched in less than 3 weeks
- Portfolio demonstrating hands-on creation of banners, brochures, videos using Creative Suite/AI tools
