  • Develop and expand new markets and customer segments neighbouring regions.
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Promote and sell a range of industrial gearbox solutions to OEMs and end users across relevant industries.
  • Identify customer requirements and provide both technical and commercial support to deliver effective solutions.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner while maintaining effective communication with international stakeholders.
  • Drive lead generation activities and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Champion the launch and adoption of new product offerings and value-added propositions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle in the assigned territory, from prospecting to closing.
  • Prepare, submit, and negotiate offers, ensuring competitive and value-driven proposals.
  • Handle all sales administration tasks, including forecasting, pipeline and CRM management, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Manage customer escalations promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and maintaining customer trust.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the Geared Motor, Industrial Gear, & Coupling industry.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in using SalesForce and other business development tools.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel.
