Associate Director, Financial Services | Risk and Compliance, Financial Services Executive Search Our client is a leading international education group with a portfolio of premium institutions across Asia. They are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and community engagement across Singapore and international markets. This role acts as a strategic partner to Admissions, Partnerships, and Academic Leadership to drive visibility, enquiry growth, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute annual and long-term marketing strategies with clear KPIs and ROI metrics. Lead integrated campaigns across digital, PR, content, partnerships, and community channels. Strengthen brand positioning through storytelling, media features, influencer initiatives, and ambassador programmes. Oversee content production, digital assets, and marketing materials that support the admissions journey. Use data insights and funnel analytics to optimise campaign effectiveness and enquiry conversion. Drive digital presence through website optimisation, SEO initiatives, social media planning, and parent-platform partnerships. Represent the organisation externally at open houses, fairs, and community events to drive brand advocacy. Build partnerships with agents, education platforms, and community networks to accelerate enrolment growth. Oversee marketing budget, vendor contracts, and third-party platforms with structured reporting. Lead and mentor the Marketing Team, ensuring alignment with Admissions and Community Engagement functions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 8–10 years’ marketing experience with leadership exposure and integrated campaign oversight. Strong background in data‑led marketing, digital media, PR, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in education or service‑led industries is advantageous. Confident communicator with strong leadership and presentation skills. Comfortable travelling and attending events outside standard working hours when needed.
