Our integrated platform offers solutions for Product and Corporate Carbon Footprinting, addressing Scope 3 and land-based emissions, SBTi FLAG & GHG Protocol LSR reporting, and supporting enterprise decarbonisation goals.

Publicly launched in June 2022, Terrascope works with customers across sectors, from agriculture, food & beverages, manufacturing, retail and luxury, to transportation, real estate, and TMT.

• Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solution to one of key problems in ClimateTech
• Work with product design to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys
• Iterate and improve the core product by synthesizing product learnings from proof-of-concepts into backlog features
• Provide insights into product, technology and market trends in the developing space of carbon management
• Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps to drive our product development
• Manage collaboration with 3rd party services and resources where required
• Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, A/B testing, stakeholder interviews
• Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
• Monitor and report on product KPIs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions
• Assist with the development of business cases and operating plans
• Develop materials to communicate progress to partners and clients
• Assist in the development of new business proposals

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution in a technical discipline (ex: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering), MBA or other advanced degree preferred; or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Product Manager with exposure to building enterprise-grade/ B2B/ data-driven products
• Prior experience working with a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong understanding of contemporary digital product development platforms, technologies and industries
• Experience launching at least one digital product successfully and bringing it to scale
• A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love
• A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills to influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
• The ability to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding and service-oriented environment
• An ability to think strategically and creatively
• Working knowledge of agile development methodologies
• The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines
• Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Experience working with carbon management products or expertise in the sustainability and ESG space
• Familiarity with supplier engagement strategies and supply chain ESG risk management
• Experience working with global and culturally-diverse teams
