Responsibilities include: Wire processing, centralized bookings, P&L reporting reasonableness, cash and positions reconciliations, ensuring that reconciling items are investigated and resolved, or escalated in a timely manner Ongoing improvement, automation and risk mitigation across processes for reconciliations, payments, daily PnL and various month‑end tasks Filter and synthesize detailed information, understand system processes and workflows, make recommendations for process improvements based on regulatory changes, best practices, risk mitigation, controls and straight‑through processing Lead moderate to complex projects and work on complex tasks that require judgement, resourcefulness and self‑initiative Deliver accurate and timely work product within specified timelines Act as an escalation point to the client Validation and posting of expenses and charges at a centralized level across funds processing journal entries and support preparation Preparation and investigation of complex reconciliations including intercompany and private loan Reconcile client transactions to third‑party data, ensuring integrity and accuracy of records Manage regular break resolution and month‑end sign‑off responsibilities, ensuring consistency and accuracy Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, particularly the Global Operations Standards Prepare and/or approve treasury wires covering market, cash and payment Contribute to end‑to‑end process across middle office and fund accounting Undertake special projects as requested What You Will Bring University degree in banking, finance, accounting or commensurate experience More than 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry Strong transformation abilities and skill in leveraging automation tools Solid understanding of middle office, operations and fund administration processes Strong product knowledge (bond, repos, equities, FX, CFD, CDS, TRS, IRS, etc.) Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills with proven ability to manage and prioritize work to meet deadlines despite interruptions Strong analytical skills and business acumen Strong adherence to controls and procedures Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Exceptional dispute resolution and effective problem‑solving skills Demonstrated customer service and continuous improvement focus Audit/Control minded Ability to work in a changing, fast‑paced work environment We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to bring diverse perspectives to our teams.
