  • As an AI Trainer CAD & 3D Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our AI Training initiative by leveraging your expertise in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Blender. Your primary responsibility will involve recording and documenting real-world workflows to facilitate the training of intelligent AI Agents. By demonstrating software workflows, recording structured tasks, and highlighting use cases and best practices, you will contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge AI development.Your key responsibilities will include showcasing real software workflows using your chosen specialty among SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Blender. You will meticulously record step-by-step tasks, encompassing tool usage, modeling techniques, and design logic. Emphasizing real-world scenarios, best practices, and edge cases within your domain will be essential to maintaining high-quality output standards that are reproducible and AI-trainable. Collaboration with the AI training team to refine workflows and ensure comprehensive task coverage across tools will also be a part of your role.To excel in this position, you should possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Blender and be well-versed in their respective functions. A deep understanding of shortcut keys, tool logic, and project workflows will be advantageous, along with proficiency in screen recording software and instructional narration. Familiarity with design standards, tolerances, and file organization is desired, and any prior experience in creating tutorials, documentation, or training materials will be a bonus.You will enjoy a flexible remote work environment while contributing your real-world expertise to AI innovation. Collaborating with a global AI research and data curation team, you will be at the forefront of teaching AI how humans build, draw, and model.
