Overview

Adjunct Trainer – Business & Data Analytics position at RISE by BCG U. This is a part-time role for trainers who are passionate about upskilling mid-career professionals in business and data analytics. You will deliver engaging training sessions on data analytics and machine learning topics and provide mentorship throughout the learning process.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality adult training sessions in business and data analytics, covering topics such as:
  • Data Analytics using Excel
  • Data Visualization using Power BI and Tableau
  • Analytics programming using Python and associated libraries
  • Machine Learning modelling using Python and associated libraries
  • Analytics solutioning using low-code/no-code tools such as Orange Data Mining
  • Prompt-based development using GenAI platforms such as ChatGPT
  • AI automation using tools such as n8n and Power Automate
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, AI, or related field
  • Professional certifications in Adult Education/Lifelong Learning are highly desirable (e.g., WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning, WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance)
  • Professional certifications in business analytics or data analytics (e.g., CBAP, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate) are preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business analytics, data analytics, data science, or related discipline
  • Previous teaching or training experience in adult education or professional development
  • Hands-on experience with real-world data analytics projects and tools (SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Orange Data Mining, etc.)
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills; ability to support student success
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Compensation

Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience. This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Training schedule may include weekday normal hours, weekday evenings (7pm–10pm), and Saturday mornings or afternoons. Preference for candidates based in Singapore.
