This allows clinicians to concentrate on delivering exceptional care to their patients and communities.As a Cash Management Manager at Ventra, you will be based at one of our Service Delivery Centers in Chennai, Hyderabad, or Coimbatore. In case you are not located at the colleague SDC, monthly travel will be required. Your primary responsibilities will include optimizing cash flow, leading and mentoring a team of cash management professionals, preparing and analyzing reports on key performance indicators related to cash management, collaborating with the technology team to enhance cash management efficiency, ensuring compliance with all regulations pertaining to cash management and revenue cycle management, developing and updating standard instructions in a timely manner, and working with training and QA teams to enhance staff efficiency.To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10+ years of core experience in cash management within the US healthcare industry. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of revenue cycle management processes, in-depth knowledge of cash management principles and accounting practices, strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, effective written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in cash management software and accounting systems, and familiarity with relevant technology tools. A comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to cash management and revenue cycle management is also required.Ventra Health is an equal opportunity employer.
