Asia Operations supports Azqore's client banks by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and managing risks. The Cash team within Asia Operations handles cash remittances, FX/MM, derivatives, and secondary nostro account management.
The role involves:
- Processing and controlling cash functions
- Ensuring efficient service delivery to clients
- Collaborating with colleagues for technical expertise and solutions
Your Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of FX/MM trade confirmations and derivatives
- Coordination with FX and Treasury desks for trade settlement
- Follow-up on FX/MM settlement fails to mitigate operational risks
- Understanding market and process knowledge
- Managing discrepancies with stakeholders
- Participating in projects within Azqore Asia Operations
Core Competencies
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Banking/Finance
- Minimum 5 years' experience in FX/MM transactions and settlements
- Knowledge of FX/MM derivatives and trade confirmations
- Familiarity with financial products, market infrastructure, regulations, and operational risks
- Understanding of SWIFT message types
- Proficiency in Office suite
- Private Banking experience is a plus
- Junior candidates are encouraged to apply
