Business Development Manager – Hospitality Solutions (Singapore)

Singapore (Business trips within Southeast Asia are required)

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive business development in the hotel industry across Singapore and Southeast Asia, targeting international hotel group headquarters.
  • Identify and pursue centralized procurement and regional project opportunities with major groups such as IHG, Hilton, Accor, and Wyndham.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., Procurement Directors, IT Directors, Engineering Directors) at hotel group headquarters.
  • Identify and manage local system integrators (e.g., PMS, RCU, IPTV) and distribution partners.
  • Facilitate joint bidding, project execution, and after-sales support collaboration with integrators.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes for hotel TVs and related systems (e.g., IPTV, PMS integration, room control systems).
  • Coordinate between headquarters' technical teams and local integrators to ensure timely project delivery aligned with client requirements.
  • Collect and analyze market trends and competitor intelligence in the hotel industry. Represent the company at industry events (e.g., FHA-HoReCa, HTNG, InfoComm SEA) and association activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in hotel industry sales or hotel technology solution sales, with a proven track record of directly engaging international hotel group headquarters or regional procurement centers.
  • Familiarity with hotel technology ecosystems (e.g., PMS, IPTV, RCU, AV systems) and project operational processes.
  • Strong key account sales and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with experience collaborating across multinational teams and diverse partners.
  • Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Additional Notes
  • Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia.
  • Existing networks in Singapore's hotel industry are highly advantageous.
