We are seeking a self-driven senior technical consultant to plan and design the technology solution for client engagements. Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry. An effective communicator, you'll be a confident leader equipped with strong people management skills and a genuine passion to make things happen in a dynamic organization. Responsibilities: To evaluate and select the appropriate software or hardware and propose the integration methods and strategies for client engagements. Defines the required technical architecture specifications based on solution or client requirements. To implement and to document the agreed architecture and infrastructure environments; to ensure it meets the standards defined. Conduct various architecture operational and resiliency test as part of delivering the architecture. To assist with solving technical issues. To address technical concerns, risk and issues. Evaluate the business direction and requirements and set a tech solution to address tech framework for dev, infra etc. Translate regulatory requirement into actionable items for the tech team. Provide technical directions and standards based on company evolvement. Come out with certain collaboration standards between team. Qualifications and Profile: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux) and databases (e.g. Postgres, Oracle). Familiar with one or more cloud technologies (e.g. Azure or AWS). Hands on experience is with AWS is advantageous. Problem-solving aptitude. Hands-on experience with software development or system administration. Have the initiative and willingness to explore new and advance technologies. Have excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills. Customer-centric individual, possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Having working experience within the trading, financial, crypto industry is preferred. Having domain knowledge in blockchain technologies, capital markets technology and financial payments technology would be advantageous.
