Binance is looking for a Business Development professional to lead their Global Payments strategy, focusing on payment products (including Pay/Card services). This role involves defining the roadmap for payment programs, managing key relationships, and executing go-to-market strategies to drive growth.
Core Responsibilities- Define the global business roadmap for payment products and lead the launch of new payment programs.
- End-to-end program management , collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Negotiate commercial contracts and manage relationships with payment business partners and vendors.
- Lead global account management to grow volumes and revenue, while resolving account-related issues.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and user lifecycle management to improve product adoption.
- Analyze performance metrics and industry trends to identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
- 7+ years of experience in payments or fintech, with in-depth knowledge of the card/payments industry.
- Experience in partnerships , business development , account management , or project management .
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to generate insights from data.
