Recruitment｜Freelance Marketing Partner (University Students)

About Us
Scentelle is a lifestyle and fragrance brand based in Singapore. We are seeking a Freelance Marketing Partner to support our digital marketing, branding, and promotional activities. This is a performance-based freelance role, not an employment contract.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Current university student in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
  • Strong passion for marketing, branding, and consumer engagement
  • Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, etc.)
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills (English required, Chinese is a plus)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Develop and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand identity
  • Support online advertising, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities
  • Monitor performance analytics and propose improvements
  • Occasionally support offline sales activities when required (additional payment provided)

Collaboration Terms:

  • Freelance basis (not an employment relationship)
  • Compensation: Performance-based profit-sharing (no fixed minimum salary) , details to be discussed during interview
  • Additional pay for sales assignments (separate from marketing profit-sharing)
  • Eligible for expense claims with prior company approval
  • Remote work with flexible working hours (occasional in-person tasks if necessary)

招聘对象：

  • 目前就读于 市场营销、商业管理或相关专业 的大学本科生
  • 必须为 新加坡公民或永久居民（PR）
  • 对营销、品牌推广及消费者互动有热情
  • 熟悉并能灵活运用各类 社交媒体平台 （TikTok、Instagram、小红书、Facebook 等）
  • 具有创意与自我驱动力，能够独立完成工作
  • 具备良好的沟通能力（英语必需，会中文更佳）

岗位职责：

  • 协助策划与执行品牌线上营销活动
  • 负责创意内容的规划与发布，提升品牌曝光与影响力
  • 参与线上广告投放、达人合作与促销活动
  • 监控营销数据并提出优化方案
  • 必要时需配合公司安排，参与 线下销售活动 （该部分薪酬将另行计算）

合作方式与待遇：

  • 以 自由职业 / 外包合作 形式开展，不涉及雇佣关系
  • 薪酬模式：按绩效分成（无最低固定薪资） ，具体比例面议
  • 参与销售活动的报酬将 单独结算
  • 必要支出可凭事前公司批准申请报销
  • 可远程工作 ，工作时间灵活（偶尔需配合线下任务）
