Technical Support Engineer – NOV Join NOV as a Technical Support Engineer to provide on‑site support for oil and gas equipment. Responsibilities Investigate and resolve field failure issues at shipyard and customer sites. Co‑ordinate manpower and resources to address urgent and major product quality or installation problems. Prepare training materials, take‑off (MTO) and installation manuals according to specifications. Generate labour hour estimations for repair, modification, survey, training and supervision. Attend meetings and discussions with customers and agents to discuss site issues. Qualifications Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Knowledge of piping design, installation and operation. Experience in engineering construction within Oil & Gas, Marine/Offshore, Refinery or Petro‑Chemical industries. Project management/planning skills. Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities. Willingness to travel extensively.
