How you can make a difference Direct sales of Hamilton Storage equipment (BiOS, VERSO, SAM HD, Q series,…) to end‑user customers in Singapore: Prospection and customer needs qualification Consultative selling for Automated Storage solutions Elaboration and presentation of solutions and prices Quoting, negotiation and sales closing Management of the indirect sales in the South East Asiatic territory (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam,…) and China: Selection, training and coaching of agents and distributors Support to and management of the distributors’ sales activities Visiting key prospects and customers with distributor’s team Ad‑hoc co‑working with other colleagues in Hamilton Storage sales force for higher complexity projects Cooperation with Hamilton Storage Marketing team regarding market and competition intelligence Ad‑hoc co‑working with Hamilton colleagues from the other Business units (Robotics, PA, LabSolutions) in Singapore, China and South East Asia Attendance to local tradeshows and targeted scientific conferences, coordination of participation with distributors Reporting on sales activities, forecast, market trends as per Hamilton Storage agenda, participation to Hamilton Storage sales team meetings Achieving the yearly sales target for the territory assigned Ability to travel up to 60% of the time That’s what you bring along At least Bachelor degree in Biological sciences or anything equivalent Training and demonstrated experience in sales and negotiation techniques Proven experience in selling automated solutions for laboratory environment Fluent in English mandatory.
