Work with purpose - Join our network of freelancing counsellors

Since the launch of Lavendla Therapy, interest from both clients and counsellors has been very high. We are now looking for more counsellors and therapists to offer in-person sessions for individual therapy and couples therapy. We are looking for you to work as a counsellor on a consultancy basis, with at least 2 years' work experience and documented training in your area of expertise.

Responsibilities / What you will do
  • Work as a counsellor on a consultancy basis offering in-person individual and couples therapy.
  • Manage your own schedule and work part-time as you prefer.
  • Join Lavendla with no membership fees or fixed fees; pay only when you get new clients.
  • Meet the Lavendla team in person for a personal interview and onboarding event.
  • Receive ongoing support to make your work with our platform easier.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of work experience in counselling or therapy.
  • Documented training in your area of expertise.
  • Qualified counsellor or therapist with the ability to offer in-person sessions in Singapore.
