Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operation of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) plant and equipment.
  • Lead preventive maintenance programs to ensure zero defects.
  • Manage energy and utility consumption with a focus on sustainability.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, capital expenditures, and cost control.
  • Drive training and development for engineering staff.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with fire, life, and safety standards.
  • Lead minor improvement projects and environmental initiatives.
  • Foster guest satisfaction through prompt engineering support.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Professional Certifications in Engineering or related disciplines (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical services or industrial engineering.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to excellence.
  • Upholds professional ethics and integrity.
  • A team player with a heartwarming and helpful attitude.
